- 120 pure ground almonds

- 240 grms flour
- 8 grms baking powder.
- I jar apricot jam
- ornage liquor syrup
- 450 grms cream
- 600 grms chocolate chips to melt
- 50grms glucose
- 100 grms butter
1 whisk toaghter butter and sugar
2 add the ground almond and continue to beat.
3 add the eggs into small quantities at a time.
3 than add the flour , coco powder and baking powder
4 fold wella nd bake for 50 mts , temp 180 c
5 when cold spread into three slices.
6 baste with orange liquor syrup, and spread the apricot jam.
7 on top put the cake, baste well and spread the ganache cream on top
8 baste well with the orange liquor syrup, a lightly spread apricot jam
9 on top spread the melted ganache cream
