- 500 ml fresh cream
- 50 grms sugar
- 2 gelatine leaves
- Some vanilla or vanilla pod
- Fresh strawberries for decoration
- Heat the fresh cream with the sugar.
- When hot dissolve the soaked gelatine leaves in the cream, allow to cool for sometime and pour into the glasses.
- Place in the fridge and allow the mixture to settle, than decorate with the fresh strawberries
- Serve chilled
