Anchovy fritters Sfinec tal Incova
- Anchovy fillets
- oil for frying
- 400 grms water can use also fizzy water
- 400 grms plain flour
- 200 grms eggs around 3
- 2 tspns olive oil
- 5 grms yeast
- some vinegar 1 tsp
- Pour water in a bowl and add the sieved flour, and mix well
- Than add the beaten eggs, and continue to mix.
- Finally add the yeast, olive oil , vinegar and salt, and mix well togather the ingriedients.
- Allow to rest for one hour
- Than pass the anchovy fillets from flour and than from the batter, fry till the color is golden.
