Ingredients
SWEET PASTRY
- sugar 125 grams
- butter 300 grams
- eggs 2 to 3
- flour 500 grams
- half teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of salt
BUTTER CREAM
- 300 grams butter unsalted
- 300 grams icing sugar
- lemon zest
- a liquor of you choice
TO DECORATE
- strawberry jam
- coconuts
- red color
Methods
- Open the sweet pastry 1cm thick and cut round pieces with a pastry cutter of around 6 to 7 cm
- Bake for about 7 to 9 minutes and allow to cool. Sandwich two pieces with butter cream.
- Heat well the jam, and pass through the coconuts
