Orange and White Chocolate Drizzle Cake
Ingredients
- 500 grm zokkor
- 500 grm butir
- 600 grm dqiq
- 8 bajdiet
- Nofs kuċċarina trab tal-ħami
- Qoxra ta’ 3 larinġet
- Meraq ta’ 2 larinġet
- 500 grm ċikkulata bajda
Instructions
- Cream sugar and butter till white
- Add the beaten eggs gradually
- Fold in the flour and baking powder.
- Add the juice of oranges and the zest, and fold well
- Bake for about 40 mts temp 180 c
- Decorated with the melted white chocolate
