- 150 grms ground pure almonds
- 150 grms Icing sugar
- 150 grms butter
- 150 grms flour
- some baking powder
- spreadable chocolate 1 jar
- Mix together all the ingredients and form into a dough
- Allow to rest for two hours in the fridge.
- Cut into small equal pieces of around 15 grms, and form into balls, place on the baking sheet, allow some space fom one ball to the other.
- Bake in the oven at a temp of around 160c till getting a light golden color.
- Allow to cool and spread one side with the spreadable chocolate, and join togather.
- You can spread some icing sugar on top.
