Ingredients
400 grms cream cheese
400 grms beaten fresh cream
100 grms icing sugar
Orange liquor to taste
Panettone
White chocolate 500 grms
Method
1 Beat the cream cheese and icicng sugar to a creamy consistency
2 whisk the fresh cream until thick avoid curdling.
3 gently fold the fresh cream into the cream cheese mixture, and finish by folding in the liquor.
4 line a mould with the panettone and fill with the mixture of fresh cream and cream cheese and soak with the orange liquor.
4 allow to rest in fridge for 2 hrs, when set decorate with white choclate
