- 300 grms flour double 0
- 150 grms sugar
- 150 grms butter
- 1 egg
- 16 grms baking powder
- some salt
- Filling
- 350 grms ricotta
- 100 grms sugar
- 120 grms amaretti
- 80 grms chocolate fondente
- 1 egg
- Mix together the sugar and butter, when light in color add the egg.
- Than mix in the flour, salt and baking powder, and you will have the sweet pastry, to line the mould for the pie.
- In the meantime prepare the filling , by mixing together the eggs with the sugar, than add the well beaten ricotta, mix well and add the crushed pieces of amaretti and the chopped chocolate.
- Pour the mixture into the lined mould, on top place the chopped remaining sweet pastry, and bake for about 45 minutes temp 180 c .
- When cold on top sieve icing sugar
