- 5 egg whites
- 350 grams icing sugar
- 400 grams hazel nuts
- 40 grams melted butter
- 3 tbsps drinking chocolate
- 3 tbsps cocoa powder
- Mix together the icing sugar, the broken hazel nuts, drinking chocolate and the cocoa powder.
- Add the egg whites and the melted butter
- Cook for around 90 minutes, temperature 180 celcius.
